COOLSPRING FARM MARKET HOSTS ANNUAL FALL FAMILY ADVENTURE

Mercer, Pa.- September, 2008 -Looking for more than just fall foliage tours this autumn season? Visitors to Mercer County can delight in adventures for the whole family to enjoy. Mercer’s McCullough’s Coolspring Farm Market will host its annual fall corn maze from September 12 through October 31.
This year, the ten-acre maze features a western theme that traces the outline of an old-time stage coach. Visitors can also take pleasure in touring the new indoor hay maze located within the Coolspring Farm Market’s traditional Western Pennsylvania barn. Hay rides are available for those who wish to enjoy the crisp fall air, while taking in the beautiful autumn scenery in one of Pennsylvania’s most colorful foliage destinations. And don’t forget to visit the historical schoolhouse where seasonal decorations and unique antiques are available for purchase.
Located on 537 Franklin Rd. (US Rt. 62) in Mercer, the hours of operation are Fridays from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The last day to visit the Coolspring Farm Market will be on Oct. 31. Refreshments will be available on site.
